In late 2020, Triple Net Capital launched a new residential development where the borders of Harku, Laagri and Tallinn meet. The Uus-Nõmme residential district, with three apartment blocks, is set to be constructed right next to the Harku forests at Pilliroo 28. A total of 90 apartments will be constructed during the three stages of the development, ranging in size from one to four rooms. Each apartment will come with its own balcony. In association with our investment partner Kala House OÜ, Triple Net Capital acquired the Luther Quarter property in central Tallinn in February 2021. As the developer of the quarter, Triple Net Capital plans to create a distinguished new residential and working environment at the heart of the capital by combining old and new architecture and establishing a large park on the site. The development will be home to 400 apartments and approximately 40,000 square metres of commercial property, while the centrepiece of the quarter will be the 5000-square-metre Luther Park.

Triple Net Capital advised the Olympic Entertainment Group on the transaction in which it sold the newly completed Hilton Tallinn Park hotel building to East Capital. The 48-million-euro deal earned the group a net profit of 17 million euros. The eye-catching hotel, which opened in June 2016, is the first in the Hilton chain in the Baltic States and has 202 rooms. Triple Net Capital was responsible for the structuring of the transaction and served as the exclusive adviser on the deal.
