Triple Net Capital is launching the development of a residential complex in Peetri. The Krati Quarter will comprise four fully functional rental buildings with 134 micro-apartments, a cosy courtyard area and additional services. The three types of apartment represented in the development – which will range in size from 14-30 m2 – will all have their own separate kitchenette, relaxation corner, bathroom and WC. The quarter will serve the ever-growing need for short- and longer-stay rental space and accommodation. Its location was carefully chosen: on the very edge of Tallinn in the rapidly developing settlement of Peetri. The concept behind the quarter will help to meet the needs of companies and their employees in Tallinn’s city centre, the Ülemiste City district and nearby areas for an efficient, reasonably priced accommodation service. The two buildings comprising Stage 1 of the development are due for completion in summer 2019, while construction of the Stage 2 buildings should be completed by winter 2019.
