Development and sales of the apartments in Stage 1 of the Kadakamarja complex in Saue (the building at Kadakamarja põik 1) are entering the final phase. So far, 27 of the 30 apartments have been sold. The first residents moved into the building in early November. Stage 2 construction has now commenced on the former sawmill site at Kadakamarja põik 3, where a building with 24 apartments is due for completion by the end of summer 2020. This new building will be similar to the first, featuring apartments ranging in size from two to four rooms and equipped with a lift and underground parking.
