The first two stages of the Kadakamarja development, which was launched in Saue in 2019, are set to welcome a third. Work on a third residential block is scheduled to commence at Tule põik 5, close to the completed apartment buildings, in autumn 2020.
The apartments at Kadakamarja põik 1, which were completed in late 2019, have all been sold, but a few family apartments remain available in the building at Kadakamarja põik 3, which was completed in July 2020. Pressing ahead with the successful development, a third building is to be constructed in Saue, offering a further 50 new apartments and adding almost 3000 square metres of developed space. The apartments will range in size from one to four rooms, including guest apartments which will be attractive to those interested in investing. Parking will be divided between the building’s basement and its courtyard.
Nearby there are schools, kindergartens, stores, health tracks and the famous Saue oak grove. Saue has grown in popularity among families of all ages and sizes and is now one of the most sought-after residential centres close to the capital for the safe, quiet and compact living environment it offers.
