Construction works of Vektor have been catching the eye for a while with its location just besides the main street of Tallinn. Last week it was time to officially take dow the rafter wreath and celebrate the hard work that the construction team has done so far.
With a little more than a half a year to go until the house is finished, construction and development has proceeded according to schedule. By the end of the year first keys would be handed over to the apartment owners.
